Most people that speak about spiritual awakening, or awakening in general aren't always aware that there are different kinds of awakenings. In fact I think people use the term Awakening incorrectly, to be quite honest I don't know if a wakening is even the proper term to use. I say this because there's many different levels of consciousness and personal growth or Spiritual Development, personal development or self-help actualization, whatever you want to call it, is a never-ending process. Spiritual growth isn't a one stage process where all of a sudden you are awakened and that's the end of it. The Mind Body Soul complex continues to evolve with successive levels of Awakening and into higher and higher levels of consciousness.
One really important distinction for every lightworker and starseed out there is the distinction between a mind awakening and an energy awakening.
When we having energy awakening our capacity for empathy and compassion is heightened you develop more presence and usually develop a deeper connection to Sacred Energies where we are waking in abundance of grace into your feeling life.
Energy Awakenings can also be associated with a deep wellspring of motivation and inspiration and often times is activated through deep levels of meditation and can be associated closely with spiritual healing and even enlightenment.
It is true though that we have a Mind Body Spirit complex and therefore the Mind must not be ignored. Mental Awakenings are just as important as energy awakens for your transformation. if you don't awaken your mind then you will lack the proper knowledge and understanding to expand your Consciousness. Even laws like the Law of Attraction require both feeling senses and mental senses for you to truly utilize its power.
