'Where's Putin?' - Group photo delayed as Merkel, Macron search for Russian president

A bewildered Angela Merkel was caught asking fellow world leaders about the whereabouts of Russian President Vladimir Putin, as they attempted to pose for a group photo ahead of the Libya peace conference in Berlin, on Sunday.

Footage shows the German chancellor turning to US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and French President Emmanuel Macron as she appeared to inquire about Putin's whereabouts, as world leaders were preparing for the ritual opening group photo.

Putin was then spotted alongside Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, before they were both warmly greeted by the French president.
