Foreclosure House Flip After the Remodel Bought 5|3|2019

Foreclosure House Flip After the Remodel Bought 5|3|2019 I bought this house 6 months ago and we are finally done! We have been bogged down with as many as 20 flips going at once and rental properties on top of that. It has taken us much longer than I would like to finish some of these projects but we are getting through them.

This one we bought as a foreclosure from the MLS. It was listed for $219,000 and I decided to make a low ball offer which I normally do not do. I offered $192,000 and they accepted it! I am a real estate agent so I earned a commission on this one as well when I bought it.

You can see the before video here:

It needed a lot of work and smelled really bad of cat pee. We were able to save the hardwood floor and add hardwood int he living room to match the old hardwood. We painted, replaced the kitchen, the bath, the furnace, and some of the windows. We also painted the outside of the home and spent $20,000 on landscaping but it is covered up with snow. Too bad you can't see it. :)

We also will have about $20,000 in other costs for financing, carrying, and selling. We will ist the home for just under $300,000 and hopefully it should sell quick.
