Today we talk Overtrading vs Undertrading, an interesting concept for many, we look at the causes and effects of both and some of the ideas might suprise you!

Overtrading
Ask what are you doing thats causing you to over trade?
- seeing to many trades?
- not knowing good from bad trades?
- not knowing your strategy?
- are you rules to broad?
- fomo
- boredom

Undertrading
What is causing you to undertrade
- fear of pulling the trigger
- fear of losing money
- do you not know the strategy?
- are you being a perfectionist?
- do you question yourself to much and suffer analysis paralysis
