Boris Johnson to Restrict Journalists

Boris Johnson is not a Prime Minister who welcomes scrutiny of his policies and statements. To this effect, he has decided to move press briefings from Westminster, where he has no control, to Downing Street, where he can decide which journalists may attend government briefings. This is a scheme designed to stop people asking awkward questions about Brexit and the actions of his government.
