Guaranteed great throw with buddy assist Pokemon Go

To do this trick, you need to use the following in tandem:
Circle lock trick
Fast Catch
Throw cancel

Lock the circle, wait for the Pokemon to attack, and use the fast catch to hit them. If the ball bounces off and isn't going towards the buddy to assist you, you click on a pokeball again, and cancel your throw altogether. Repeat this until you get whatever great/excellent throw you want.

Pokemon
