Borderlands 3 - Anointed No Longer Immune to Cryo Damage? Good Change for Zane Builds

I did not see any specific mention of this change in the patch 4 notes. But I must admit, I did not read all of the notes, just the Amara and Zane sections and a control F search. :)
Anyway, I am hoping the change is intentional and not some random bug.
