Arsenal chiefs have been contacted by at least two agents who represent members of their playing squad who have questioned the job being done by head coach Unai Emery, according to football operations and communications consultant Ian McGarry. Arsenal are currently fifth in the Premier League table after 10 games of the season. Emery’s side sit four points behind Chelsea in the final Champions League qualification spot. Reports previously have stated the Arsenal players have struggled to understand their Spanish boss’ broken English. McGarry claims that is one of the major issues the players have with Emery and that was put across via their agents. He claims Emery’s tactics were also questioned inside the last 10 days, as well as how he is “quick to criticise but slow to praise’ members of his playing squad.
