10|25|2019 Sand, Silt, Sediment, and Debris Discharge from #PerryHomes into the #Houston MS4

10|25|2019 Sand, Silt, Sediment, and Debris Discharge from #PerryHomes into the #Houston MS4 This morning I documented the sand, silt, sedimentation, and debris being discharged into the Taylor Gully. Footage from public streets and access via Rustling Elms Bridge, Creek Manor Dr, the "mouth" of Talor Gully at the Perry Homes Box Culvert, as well as the discharge onto Fair Grove Dr into the CoH MS4 sewer system.

When will we see a follow up on the Cease and Desist #Houston?

Mayor Turner told me "I got you, I got you." and that he'd follow up on actions taken "Tomorrow" at our 10/17 Town Hall. Turner also mentioned that the detention ponds would begin construction immediately, yet there is almost no equipment on site.

What actions are being taken to follow up on #PerryHomes failure to follow through in resolving their discharge of Sand, Silt, Sedimentation and Debris into the City of Houston Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System? (MS4)
Also, what actions are taken to follow up on the failure to install necessary detention. After a spike in rain at 3AM, the detention capacity was over half full. This CANNOT WAIT Mayor Turner.
