Despite the war on cholesterol, the average American's health has not improved. On the contrary, illnesses related to improper diet, such as diabetes, cancer, heart disease, and stroke continue to rise to critical proportions.
In this video, I demonstrate why cholesterol and saturated fat are not nutrients to avoid, but reversibly are fundamental components of a healthy diet. The food and medical industry are attacking the wrong enemies.
