In the south of Norway the sun sets at 23:00 at summer solstice. The Sun is visible just beyond the horizon the whole night, and it rises again 5 hours later. Further north, the sun is visible in the sky all night. If you search for an answer how this is possible, they will tell you it's because of the Earth's tilt, but with no further explanation.
