[341] 1999 park restroom featuring Maderas with pressure issues

This is in a small bathroom hut in a county park, one of the many of these that they built in the early to late 90's. Something is whack with the building's water pressure. All of the toilets initially flush weak but then get a power boost about a second into the flush. It is most noticeable with the first two toilets. That's the only reason i filmed this one today.
I shot this bathroom last year too. The toilets were a lot more powerful then.
