RUTO: THEY ONLY WANT TO CREATE POSITIONS

Deputy President Dr. William Ruto, has once again clashed with ODM party leader, Raila Odinga this weekend on amending the constitution through a referendum.
Ruto is opposed to the move, arguing  that it's meant to create leadership positions while Odinga maintains it's for the good of Kenya.
Analysts says the plebiscite is all about Ruto,Odinga 2022 supremacy.
