This modified Chin Up uses your legs to assist you in the upward pulling action. You can then focus your efforts on engaging your lats, arms etc without losing grip and struggling with technique. This exercise can easily be progress or regressed simply by shifting the position of your feet to reduce or increase assistance with your legs.
