On Tuesday night, after the final Democratic debate before the Iowa caucuses, Elizabeth Sanders appeared to refuse a handshake from Bernie Sanders. Sanders said that anyone who knows him would find it “unimaginable” that he would think a woman could not be elected president. NBC’s Kristen Welker reports for TODAY.
