The second stage of Prolong Stress is Anxiety. The ongoing state of Stress sets Triggers in our system that cause Internal Response to get initiated even in absence of a Stimulus of Stress.

This Prolong stress then develops in Anxiety Disorders. it should be clear to us that what can be the possible presentations of stress in Mind, Body and Psychology. Leading to various presentations at Physical and Behaviouural Levels.
