Plastic surgeon and pilot killed in Kangaroo Island bushfire catastrophe | ABC News

The Kangaroo Island bushfire in South Australia has left two people dead and more than 170,000 hectares - up to a third of the island - burnt.

Conditions have eased there today, but holidaymakers are being urged to stay away as the destruction of dozens of homes and buildings, and a famous luxury retreat, becomes clear.
