How to check if there is an issue with AWS side | How does AWS notifies customers about issues

In this video, I am going to explain if there is an issue with AWS DC.
Sometimes we see that our services stop responding properly, it can increase some latency or connectivity issue, an API stops responding, Users authentication is delayed or anything else could be the problem. We will see how does AWS team notify us about the same.
