We do our due diligence to know exactly why previous attempts have failed. Whenever IVF fails, it is important to understand that over 3/4th of the time it is the EMBRYO quality that is responsible (i.e. the embryology lab, the embryologist personnel performing ICSI, embryo freezing, etc.) whereas in only 1/4th of cases it is the ENDOMETRIUM that is responsible (i.e. pre-receptive endometrium or thin endometrium).
