Today's video I cover some technique of the best discus throwers in America. While in Youngstown Ohio over christmas break I was able to have a practice wish Sam Mattis, Reggie Jagers and Alex Rose during Justin Rodhe's Big Jolly Throws Clinic. I also explain a new cue I'm working on and have a nice practice with Martin after recovering from wisdom tooth surgery. I'm happy to be back and can't wait for what's coming.
