In today’s video, Serene demonstrates a technique to identify glute imbalances and how to work on developing a stronger balanced butt. Try these movements throughout the day or during your workout and let us know how you like it!

SECRET To A Great Butt Guide - Free Download


- Setup 0:35
- Start in a lunge position close to wall
- Face away from wall
- Lie top/side of back foot up against the wall
- Exercise
- Tuck your tail
- Take a deep breath
- Squeeze glute and hold 10-15 seconds
- Release and repeat

Glute Kickback 1:15
- Use wall & ankle weight
- Start with weaker side
- Push hands into wall
- Slight bent in forward knee
- Tuck your tail
- Lift back leg backwards
- Be careful to only lift as far as your butt can lift
- Be careful not to arch and use your back
- Exhale up
- Inhale down
- Squeeze at the top
