The Black Spirit 200 has been around for a while, but recently(ish) Hughes & Kettner decided to make a pedal version of this amp. Potentially this can be a great amp. It's versatile and powerful. It's an analog device with digital capabilities (meaning you can store presets and recall them), and it includes all the effects you'd normally want. The Black Spirit Floor version is definitely something to consider if you're tired of carrying those heavy old tube (or valve) amps. But the most important thing, as always, is how it sounds. It can make your coffee for you, but if it doesn't sound good, it's not really worth it. So check out how the H&K Black Spirit 200 Floor sounds.

The gear I most often use.
A Stratocaster of some kind, either an Yngwie Malmsteen Strat, or a custom Strat with a scalloped fretboard. For 7 string stuff I mostly use an Ibanez Universe.
A Marshall 1987x into a Marshall cab.
A Fender Yngwie Malmsteen overdrive, plus a Boss NS-2 noise gate, or a Strymon Sunset.
A Morley Bad Horsie 2 wah, and a delay.
An AKG C-414 mic for the guitar.
For acoustic stuff I use a Taylor 710 short scale thingy.
