“The Matrix” is a groundbreaking movie from the late 90's that established a new way of creating films. In a similar way, "matrix management" as an organizational structure set a new path for driving organizational growth. And for us, the Christian professional, knowing how to navigate a matrix organization will allow us not only to excel professionally and exist in a peaceful environment but it will allow us to glorify God in the process.
