Social media is truly an inside game. If you not completely self-aware and confident on the inside with what you want to share to the world, you will not be able to post because you fear the judgment from the outside. The real question is whose judgment are you afraid of and why? Once you are able to answer those questions you can break down the barrier preventing you from starting and begin the real journey. The tactics are fairly simple, the hard part is getting to a place internally where you are ready to start.
