Using versiondog: How to lock a component when working on the project it contains

If multiple users work on the latest version of a project at the same time, only one will be able to Check-In. Find out how to apply a lock status to components in order to alert other users to the fact that you are working on a project, and prevent them from “leapfrogging” you and checking in a version (that would block you from checking in).
