Ugky Drum Smokers Texas at the Chupacabra BBQ Cookoff, Beeville Tx 2019

I talked Fernando Ruiz of Texas Family Cookers and Captain Heath McWilliams of Anchor to Ashes BBQ Team to come cook with me this weekend at the Chupacabra Throw Down..
The field was sold out with just under 80 of the Top BBQ Chefs in the State. We did not get a call on any of our turn ins except Captain Heaths Daughter ZOE...
Zoe entered the KidsQ, cooking for the very first time. A quick trip to Walmart for a grill, a fast seasoning of said object and she was off and running atching a 3rd Place Steak Call.
