Juan Carlos has flipped over 250 houses, most of which he acquired on the MLS. He talks about the desire to automate the redundant task of combing through thousands of properties to find the 5% that will actually make you money as a real estate investor. This grueling time suck compelled Juan Carlos to seek ways to automate this redundant and time-consuming task. Which led to the MLS Deal Finder. Mr. Cruz inspires us with his success story. He was born in Columbia and admits that his purpose in life is to create a legacy for his children and pursue all the possibilities that can provide growth and success. Before he moved to the US in 1994, he had not mastered the English language and so began his second hurdle after his father discontinued supporting him in order to push him forward.
Throughout the interview, Juan Carlos’ enthusiasm and spirituality shine through. He started his journey to freedom with parking cars as a valet and 20+ years later, not only has he mastered English but has been a successful entrepreneur. He has created, bought and sold brokered the sale of other businesses. He ultimately landed in the Real Estate Investment Arena and the rest is history.
