PH senator: More than 20 onerous provisions in water concession agreements | Matters of Fact

Philippine Senator Francis Tolentino says, while he is not against water concessionaires the concession agreement from 1997 is flawed. He cites at least 20 onerous provisions. Among them, government’s supposed abdication of regulatory powers and its extension in the middle of its life.
