Solo Backpacking PCT Section Hike: Showers Lake and Round Lake from Carson Pass This is my second solo backpacking hammock hike. I head out on a section hike of the PCT in September from Carson Pass and go north out to Showers lake then grab the Tahoe Rim Trail out to Round lake. I really want to checkout part of the PCT and this is a great introduction. Nature has her own plans for me.
