Ports Minister Michael Lobo has stated that Casinos were in River Mandovi before he became Ports Minister. He has informed that casinos are being shifted to bring balance and that 3 casinos will be on both sides. Lobo has stated that Saligao MLA Jayesh Salgaonkar should understand that Mandovi is a river and not a constituency. He has informed that the file of shifting casinos was moved when Jayesh was Minister. Lobo has stated that such people have won a lottery and become Ministers and that every MLA should learn the role of MLA first. Meanwhile, apologizing for his earlier comment on OCI cardholders, Lobo has called them brothers and sisters who take Portuguese passports to get better jobs.Lobo has stated that they have right to criticize politicians if they do something wrong, but should not comment on development works.
