How To Jump Off 2 Legs In Basketball | 5 Vertical Jump Exercises How To Jump Off 2 Legs In Basketball, in this video I breakdown 5 vertical Jump Training Exercises so that you can jump higher off of 2 feet. There are many reasons why you would want to jump off of 2 feet in Basketball. 1 reason is that you will need to box out and get a rebound, but jumping for a rebound after boxing out you will most likely be jumping off of 2 feet. Next is dunking a Basketball. If your dunking a Basketball in traffic you will want to go up off of 2 feet. The reason for jumping off of 2 feet is so you will be stabilized and have more power to dunk through traffic and contact.
