Welcome to the Traditional Barre series. You will target all your problem areas with traditional barre exercises that are tried and proven to give results. There are workouts for all the major muscle groups with some cardio factor to torch calories and a big burn! They require very little space and are highly effective, giving maximum results in minimum time.
In Traditional Barre Compound you will start with large range of motion flowing movements such as plies and side lunges with arm sweeps, then move to a side lunge to passe series, with passe knee in and outs and triceps overhead extensions and a side lunge lift combo, then a front, side and back raise combination with various rep patterns and arm exercises such as side triceps extensions, biceps pulses and shoulder raises. Finish with some more large range of motion moves to get rid ot he lactic acid! There is a lot of balance work in this one, which will engage your core and you will also feel a great cardio factor.
