1. Do surveys
This is not going to make you rich but definitely put money in your pocket. Also if you refer other people you will make more money. My favorite site is Swagbucks because it’s way more then just a survey site. You can watch videos to get paid and other simple tasks.
2. Rent out your spare room
This is easy if you have a extra room that you hardly use and don’t mind strangers in your home. I personally wouldn’t do it but hey it’s a option. I would buy a house or condo that is not my main place of residence. Then I would rent that out. But hey that’s just me.
3. Invest in a business
This is one of my favorite ways to make money without having to have a job. You search out a solid up and coming business. Then invest your money and buy shares of the business. You end up getting paid from the equity you purchased in the company.
4. Choose credit cards with high cash back
If your into credit cards and love using credit cards then this is another option to make money and don’t have to do much.
5. Rent out your car
This is a really good way to make money because A. All you have to do is place the pics of your vehicle on a site called Turo. B. Set your pricing and C. Wait for folks to rent your vehicle.
6. Peer to peer lending
Another favorite way to make money without a job. You literally are getting paid to lend money to other people.
7. Pet sit
If you love pets this wouldn’t be a job to you. This would be like you are on a permanent vacation.
8. Lend out your clothes
I’m going to be honest this is not one of my favorites but if you have an abundance of clothing that you don’t wear this could be a great source of extra income.
9. Start a small website to monetize your hobbies.
This is another favorite of mine. I created a couple videos about turning your hobbies to profit. But simply you buy a domain based on the hobby then create a website about that hobby. You can easily monetize your website through different affiliate programs.
10. House sit
I like this because you literally get to sit in someone’s home and do nothing but sit there. You can watch tv. Work on your online business while getting paid.
11. Purchase real estate
I know your thinking this is not easy as it sounds but it’s not as hard as you think it is. You literally can invest $500 and make a return on your investment with out doing anything. If you want to check out Diversyfund it’s called real estate crowdfunding.
12. Turn your car into a billboard
If you don’t mind having ads on your window or wrapped on your car then is another easy way to put some coins in your piggy bank without really working.
13. Invest in dividends paying stock

14. Write a ebook
If your good at anything. I mean anything you can write a ebook about it and sell it on outlets like Amazon or your own website.
15. Rent your stuff
If you have an abundance of things you don’t use like a old power drill or a maybe s bike. Then you my friend a way to make money without having a job. You can rent this stuff out to different people and make some cash.

This will set you up for a great year if you use about half of these options to make money without having a job. Now that won’t make rich but give the stepping stones to get there.
