Yoga Exercises for Improving Eyesight These exercises can help overcome various eye-related problems such as short sightedness and long sightedness

List of performed exercises

1)Eye Rotation - Clockwise and Anticlockwise 5 times each

2)Turn your eye balls to your left side and hold for 3 counts and then to your right side and hold for 3 counts.
Repeat this 5 times each side

3)Look at the tip of your nose and hold it for 3 counts then in between your eyebrows and hold for 3 counts .
Repeat this 5 times

4)Close your eyes and squeeze it and then open your eyes.
Repeat it 5 times

5)keep the thumb at your nose level and look at the tip of your thumb and slowly bring it closer to your nose till the time you can see your thumb and then take it back.

Then turn your thumb and bring it in between your eyebrows and look at the tip of your thumb and then take it back.

Do this once

6)Close your eyes and using your index finger and mid finger massage your eyes gently for a minute.

7)Massage the centre of your eye bone using your index finger.

8)Palming - Rub your palms till its warm and then place it on your eyes.
