2-4 tbsp bbq sauce
Bushel of kale
Half container of broccoli sprouts
3 tbsp hemp hearts
*opt. 1 serving seitan

Fat: 23 g
Protein: 56 g (no seitan)
Potatoes & baked beans:
1 cup baked beans
12 baby creamer potatoes
1-2 cups broccoli
1 bell pepper
Calories: 589
Carbs: 130
