The Scout Group Executive Committee in the UK

This is the first in a series of bitesize videos on the structure of The Scout Association in the UK

Notes for Scotland:
- DBS is called a PVG
- When a Scout Group in Scotland is not registered as a charity, the executive are not "Charity Trustees" as they are in other areas of the UK. However, POR for Scotland says; "Where a Scout Group is not a registered charity, members of the Group Executive Committee will be regarded as having the same duties and responsibilities as charity trustees for the purposes of POR."
