The CBS4 Problem Solvers got a call from a couple that claimed Blake Copeland had taken $9,000 from them but never did the work he promised. The story spiraled and within days, we knew of at least 17 other customers that had similar stories. Copeland was arrested less than a week later and facing criminal charges in two counties. He is awaiting trial.
