But before you click it, here's the thing. The proof is all in the pudding. When you go to the doctor and you have your blood drawn, you get that panel less than one to two weeks later, and they give you all your results. What are some of the most important things that you're looking for?
You might not be looking at your hormones, which you should be if you're like me and you're over the age of 40. I'm 46 years old, and I get a blood panel done periodically all the time, specifically to make sure I'm fine-tuned. And you should be too. And by the way, those are a couple hundred bucks. So here's the thing. Ask yourself right now, is this a problem, and it will not release? If your answer is yes, Y-E-S, that's one.
