OUTDOOR LEG WORK ft. RESISTANCE BANDZZ Wassssssupp....
I decided to do an outdoor leg workout this time. The workout is:
• Lunges
• Kickbacks + Squat
• Side Kickbacks on Each Side
• Crab Walks on Each Side
• Sprint
You can do these exercises for as many reps as you'd like or until you reach the top of the lil hill and for as many sets but I'd recommend at least 3x.
Fun easy lil workout cause you get to be outside and you don't really need any equipment but I would recommend the bandzzz.
