Hit the restart button at the end to do the same event again and repeat ad naseum. I use the Thread the Needle event because it's fast and high payout, especially when compared to circuit and sprint races. It's 60k per minute, or over 3 million per hour. If you're in a crew, you might have to compete with your fellow crew members time. To avoid this, create your own crew with just you in it so you're only competing against your own times. I have the deluxe edition so I get some bonus cash. It changes from 63k to 60k in the video because I left my original crew and no longer get the 10% crew bonus. I don't know if you can call this a glitch or exploit, but it's still probably not what the developers intended.
