Starting this Friday and continuing every weekend for a year, the international digital art collective TeamLab will be putting on an eye-popping spectacle combining large-scale lights, audio-visual elements, and gigantic plumes of water at a new lakeside show south of Manila at Nuvali Eco City in Santa Rosa, Laguna. The show involves three 15-meter-tall screens with a combined width of 100 meters floating in the middle of the four-hectare man-made lake. It’s against these screens that four videos are projected, accompanied by music, lights, and moving water jets that complement the moving pictures on the screens.
While this is the first time such a show has hit the Philippines, the digital water installation by TeamLab has been around since 2001,
