Hong Kong's chief executive officer Carrie Lam said on Tuesday that her government would "seriously reflect" on the results of local elections that saw pro-democracy candidates take control of a majority of districts. She said the election also showed voters wanted to express their views to the government, and that those views are "quite diverse."
