Bringing Clarity to a Noisy Mind through Mindfulness During this webinar, Jacob will give you the opportunity to learn more about meditation and mindfulness, wellness practices that have gained popularity in recent years. He will cover some of the ways that these practices can help bring greater ease, heightened intentional stability, and emotional regulation into daily life and into the workplace. As a part of the experience, he will bring some clarity to the confusion surrounding these practices, share some of the science showing some of the benefits of meditation, and guide people through a peaceful meditation.

About our presenter:
Jacob Aqua 18C is a Wellness Coach who started the company J. Aqua Wellness. He teaches others how to incorporate meditation, mindfulness, and healthy habits into their everyday life. Jacob graduated from Emory University where he studied how individuals share meditation and mindfulness via Internet technologies. He uses what he studied to share wellness techniques and knowledge through social media, phone calls, and in-person sessions. He also helps organizations incorporate wellness into their culture through different workshops.
