
What does it mean to be present
Do we know God or the Moment or do we just know about it?
What we can do is be aware of our behaviors, or our Belief systems
When we see out Behaviors or Believes and identities and except that they are there or that we are unconsciously in them then we are not really in this moment.
with the consciousness of these ways we are being we can then with intention, Lovingly let go of them. Awareness, acceptance, change.
the change is that we move closer to this moment as we surrender our old programmed ways of being.
When we live in a conscious connection with the now we much more likely to be in our full potential.
