Today in this video we will understand the complete eligibility criteria and selection process for AFCAT 01/2020 and also Air Force NCC Entry for Course Commencing January 2021

AFCAT is a golden opportunity for both male and female graduates. It is the best way to Join Indian Air Force as a Commissioned Officer.

You can join The Flying Branch as a Short Service Commissioned Officer
And as far as Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branches are concerned, you can join both as a Permanent or Short Service Commissioned Officer

You can apply for AFCAT 01/2020 and NCC Entry from 1 Dec to 30 Dec 2019
As far as Exam date is concerned, it will be in February 2020. You will get to see the exact date in the detailed notification that you will get to see when you login to apply from 1 December. Last year also applications were accepted from 1 Dec to 30 Dec 2018 and exam was conducted on 16 and 17 February 2019. 16th and 17th were Saturday and Sunday. So this time as well the exam should happen on 15 and 16 February 2020.

Admit card is made available around two weeks before the exam.

The good news is that this time there is vacancy in Logistics and Accounts trades as well. Last time there was no vacancy in Logistics and Accounts Branches.

But the bad news is that in the notification they have not mentioned Meteorology Entry so this time they are not recruiting for Meteorology Entry but aspirants can login to AFCAT website on 1st Dec and double check.
