10 Most Harmful Foods That We All Eat (Avoid Them)

10 Most Harmful Foods That We All Eat (Avoid Them) Hello, dear friends! The “Healthy Style” is glad to see you again. Today we’re going to discuss the most harmful products that tend to destroy our health. While preparing this list, I realized that I eat almost all of these foods, I was really confused by that fact. Hopefully this video will be quite useful and interesting to you as it was for me to make it. Without further ado, let’s begin!

Point number one: All types of sausage and processed meat. The doctor told me to exclude all sausage from my diet, since they are the most harmful products. Aside from that, she mentioned that some sausage doesn’t contain meat at all. The maximum meat percentage in most sausage is 10% - she meant meat, not the soy substitute. Such harmful products contain lots of cheap fats and trans fats. It’s also filled with artificial flavorings able to simulate any taste.

I can definitely say that sausages contain the meat-product waste, but not the neck or gullet. Its pale pink color is obtained due to the addition of sodium nitrate. But the worst ingredient found is probably liquid smoke, which is used in smoked sausage. Because how did you make sausage earlier? They really smoked it. And how are they smoking it now? No one smokes anything on a real fire - they add liquid smoke on an industrial scale. It is just a substance imitating the taste of smoked meats. Incidentally, liquid smoke is generally prohibited, since it is a powerful carcinogen, it promotes cancer, and it is very harmful in Europe. It’s still legal in Russia.

So, let’s continue. Next is sweet soda. In fact, soda is mostly a syrup. A liter of Coca-Cola contains 25 tablespoons of sugar and this drink does not quench thirst at all - it strengthens it instead. This is really sad, because I like soda very much and don’t know if I may refuse it after this video. Perhaps I will, hopefully.
