Remember, ground your energy, connect to your inner you. Connect to the traumatic memory, experience the emotion.. this emotion needs to be released. Release through the breath and allow the physical body to move in the way it wants to move. This may feel surreal. Get out of the Ego mind and OBSERVE the experience.
This may need to be done a couple of times to ensure the layers of the trauma have been worked through. Have patience and compassion for yourself, you don't need to suffer with these cycles of emotional blocks.
Forgive yourself and others through all time and space. Love yourself, these emotional experiences are your life lessons. Learn from them and evolve.
