Hello everyone! In this video I will introduce you into the supersets workout. This method is extremely useful for people that do not want to waste a time and make the workout more effective. Superset combines two exercises performed one after another with a minimum rest time. This will make a quick/fast calisthenics workout. Keep in mind that exercises are not chosen randomly.
