3 yolks
30g vegetable oil
50g pineapple puree
50g Flour
3 egg whites
30g sugar
1/8 tbsp baking powder

METHOD
Coconut Chips
Beat pineapple puree in a blender.
Beat one egg and three yolks, add the oil, mix. Add pineapple puree, beat. Then add flour.
In another bowl, beat 3 egg whites with sugar and baking powder to the peaks.
Combine the dough with whipped egg whites.
Pour the mixture into the mold. Put pineapple slice in the center. Garnish the edges with coconut.
Bake at 160°C/320°F for 40-45 minutes.
