Amber Guyger Sentenced To 10 Years, Receives Hugs From Botham Jean's Brother And The Judge Ex-police officer Amber Guyger has been sentenced to 10 years for killing Botham Jean in his apartment.

In what turned out to be an unprecedented event, Botham's younger brother and the judge presiding over the case both hugged the convicted murderer in court today.

Roland Martin spoke with Tiffinni Young, a Political Commentator who has been in the courtroom every day since the trial began along with Attorney Ben Crump, Attorney Lee Merritt and Attorney Daryl Washington about the sentencing of Guyger.
